Description
Chaat Masala चाट मसला is a mix of spice powders which is a tangy powder that can spruce up any dish with a pinch. It originates from the Indian subcontinent and is used in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, primarily in Indian, Nepali, Bangladeshi and Pakistani cuisine. Basically, sprinkling the chaat masala on top of any dish is supposed to get an instant boost in its flavor.
The Chaat Masala is typically consisting of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, thymol seeds / ajwain, mango powder, garam masala, black rock salt, black pepper, citric acid, dried mint leaves and so on. The spices that make up Chaat masala are each highly nutritious and deliver nutrients like Vitamins, Minerals, and Antioxidants which could be helpful in treating ailments such as Digestive issues, Diabetes, High blood pressure etc.
